Job/Task Types

You can create custom job or task types to suit your business needs. Whether it’s "Deliver" and "Collect" for logistics or "Build" and "Supervise" for event management, the flexibility allows you to define tasks based on your industry.

Payments & Job Status

Track payments efficiently by creating custom payment types. If a job requires on-site payment collection, you can flag it to ensure nothing is missed. Additionally, you can assign status labels like "Quote" or "Confirmed" to manage tasks based on their progress.

Daybook Notes

The Daybook Notes section allows you to add important notes for specific days, such as alerts for the team or reminders about specific tasks. These notes will be displayed prominently on the daily operations page, ensuring that everyone stays informed.

Viewing Options

The Daybook offers multiple viewing modes: a daily view that functions like a calendar, and an "All Entries" section where you can see every task added to the system. You’ll also get details about staff, vehicles, and important notes for each day. Future updates may include weekly views and statistics to help you track performance.

Permissions

Daybook Permissions give you full control over who can view, edit, delete, or manage Daybook entries. You can easily assign permissions based on roles, ensuring only authorized staff have access to critical information.
